I'd suggest Swappa. Just got mine from there. Cheapest and it was brand new.

That is a xt1097. I'm not sure if the bootloader is unlockable and you can still maintain the warranty.

At this point, if I were you I'd spent the extra hundred and go for the Nexus 6 deal. It's a bit more future proof and better hardware.
