My nook HD automatically updated to 2.0.6. However, my web browser disappear after update, as well as several applications. I use Apex launcher, which is my default home screen. However, on my NOOK home, all the application icons disappear. I can still see most of the applications under settings/applications, but they will never show on my NOOK home application window. Besides web browser, my NETFLIX has also disappeared. I tried go to SHOP and reload the NETFLIX, and it showed failed because it said that I already purchased this application. Now I can not use NETFLIX.

I find a kidsBrowser icon under my APEX application window and I tried to open it, and it showed that I don't have permission to open browser. To be able to use internet, I went to NOOK SHOP and installed the Dolphin Browser because it is free. It works perfectly and I prefer this better than the NOOK browser, Now on my NOOK APPS screen, there are only 2 icons: "Dolphin Browser" and "Settings". Very strange.

That is the issue. You need to re-edit your profile to make them show.

Sent with XDA Premium from my Nook HD+ running CM10 on SD
How?
For example. My NETFLIX is gone, I can not find it on my NOOK, and I can not reinstall it. I even tried using APEX launcher to find it from past activity. I did successfully add the icon back to my APEX home screen, but I can not open it because it showed that the NEXFLIX is not installed.

Click where it says [Your Name]'s Nook at the top > Edit Profiles > Edit [Your Name] > Manage content. Then click the Apps section and make sure everything you want is checked.
