I am truly enjoying the Webtop/Citrix Reciever functionality in my Atrix so much that it has become my default computing device in the office. Drop the phone in the HD Dock, fire up a Citrix Web Interface, chose my VDI session and off I go.

My "problem" is that I enjoy having large monitors. I previously had a Dell monitor that worked at 1680x1050. No problem - I created a new ModeLine for xorg.conf in the HDMI monitor definition for 1680x1050 using the "gtf" command run as "adas" in a terminal session. Worked like a champ.

However, I have recently upgraded to an even larger 1920x1200 monitor. Again, I used "gtf" to construct a new ModeLine for xorg.conf and was able to switch to the resolution. However, there is now a slight glitch. The location of icons at the top/bottom of the screen doesn't seem to jive with the location of my mouse. For example - when clicking any of the Webtop dock icons, nothing happens, however if I click below the icon I get action. I also notice that I can have the mouse "disappear" when moving above the top of the screen or below the bottom.

I suspect a bad ModeLine, but the issues remains when generating a ModeLine using gft OR cvt.

Any ideas? Telling me to suck it up and deal with my overly large monitor is an acceptable answer, but I prefer when things actually work like they are supposed to.

It has been a long time since I touched an xorg.conf, but maybe this is related to the 'virtual screen' size versus the screen mode?
