[Q] Weird problem

ok i purchased a htc hd2, i assume its unlocked because when i insert my at&t sim card i dont get the unauthorized sim card screen. It powers straight to the home screen, but i cant click the phone is there anything i can do thanks in advance.

I would start with a factory reset - just switch off, press and hold the power up and down buttons and keep pressing then tap the power button - when the screen loads follow the instructions - you may have bought a Lemon

quick update i fixed it by calling at&t and telling them my previous phone was broken because my sim was locked to my first phone somehow
