if you look for a rom that matches SONY UI, then sorry to disappoint you, theres is none which is 100% like sony.
there some very good themed roms & with good stuff ported, but i dont knw much as i use CM only (stock android theme)

also you can look thru the dev thread (all roms there) if you find a good rom that matches your need. i remember there was also a rom that supported sonys theme engine (colorizing)
