Almost correct. Not re-root; instead, pre-root.

First, update (flash) to 3.2.1r2 and root it using Condi's ALLinONE v4.0 tool (not v4.1). From Main Menu, select 1 Root device. Then use Condi's ALLinONE v4.0 tool again to pre-root and install (flash) 4.0.3r1a or 4.0.3r5. From Main Menu, select 3 * Custom ROM and Flashing [SUBMENU], then from next menu, select 1 Create decrypted update.zip [+optional make custom]. The last link in my signature will take you to a post describing this method.

Another option is to first update to 4.0.3r1a or 4.0.3r5 then root using the method described in WonderEkin's post. Use the second link in my signature to view his post. I have not used WonderEkin's method (I did not need to, my tablets were already rooted when he posted), but several people have used his method with success.

Erm you are Chinese tablet??? You should try to flash China updates not USA ones. Look on my thread for China updates. I think there is a Chinese one 3.2.1R2 there, but you can flash 4.0.3. You can root either way.
