[Q] What is Task29?

Hi guys,
I have a HD2 LEO
before i use it, i want to know 2 things
1. What is Task 29 ? i had search everywhere but can't find any what is task29 about ?
2. I tried to connect to my bluetooth headset ( bludio AV890 ) but my device couldn't find this Bluetooth ( it doesn't happen when i connect to my Touch Pro )
Fyi :
ROM : Energy Dinik Glass
Radio : Leo_Radio_15.40.50.07U_2.12.50.02_2

task 29 wipes the phone clean, no roms ect, just stays on spash screen so its totally fresh for a new rom.
how hard did ya look, first one i found
