I ask, what is the fastest rom for our captivate both ICS and JB?

Fastest is up to you really.. You can make any JB ROM the fastest with mods.. Doesn't mean it will be stable or have the features you want though.

Like 4-2ndtwin said, try them. Also, go in their respective thread and read to see which one suits you the best.

I'm running slimbean in my Cappy and am very happy with the ROM.

Problem...flash kernel, reboot at&t logo, "initiatig swagger", and no more, sticks in there, i flash with odin 1.85 Semaphore_JB_2.8.0c version

EDIT: All ready working, flsh JB 4.2 version, and i have 4.1.2, -.-, but now i cant turn on wi fi....try and says turnin on wi fi.... and sticks in there....what should i do?

Umm I believe sc is for slim bean and c for other roms.

all right, all ready flash it and have 140mb ram free! , but now having battery issues, any idea?

fresh flash, you'll need a few full battery cycles before it settles down.

Resetting your battery stats can help too.
