[Q] What is the Galaxy S Duos S7562 really capable of?

Right now I'm testing this ROM on my S7562 and it works well so far if I exclude the already known issues and slow performance, but I was wondering... how far can we push the hardware of this phone to make it function faster? For example, could we get a fully working and fast KitKat ROM some day?

With stock you can't think of capabilities, on custom, you can but it will surely contain some bugs
