[Q] What parameters must change to make 3G work on other carrier (Mexico)?

I buy a new HTC Evo, i make it work with Iusacell the CDMA carrier in Mexico, but only can call and send sms (text messages), following a guide for a forum in spanish trying to configure EVDO 3G, but still sending a error something like this:
"Error Code 67. Registration failure. Your PCS Vision username/or password may be incorrect. Please try again"

I think is because the user number@carrierdomain.com and password and other configurations are wrong.

Someone knows which i should change to make it work?

I don't know how to fix your problem, but I can tell you that PCS Vision is a Sprint Network service, so it seems something wasn't done right and your phone is still looking for the Sprint network.

I know is my problem but you know which or how remove or overwrite that settings?

BTW I see other guys who have in ESN 4 zeros, can't did 3G work, any ideas?
