I've done the HSPL and roms before and i had to get my titan replaced and can't seem to do it again. Is it my setup?

you need 2 females to 1 male, typically when you get a y cable it has 2 males and 1 female. You can get a gender changer and convert 1 male to a female.

As it has been explained, by me and by others, numerous times throughout the HSPL thread, the ATT Titan is finicky with USB drives. Try every USB storage device you have in your house, and if none of them work, I linked the amazon page to one that does work, in the HSPL thread.
switch Goldcard with USB cable aka your device should not power on automatically when plugged in.

Edit. Tried to switch them around and everything but the Phone never goes to loading screen. I'm first trying to get the Euro rom and then the Spl correct?

I've tried both I've done it once with the SD card reader and it worked but it's not working now T_T
Looking at the picture I suppose that usb-cable is from an external HD or DVD for a laptop. In this case you should connect the short lead which is power only to wall charger and use the other leads for the SD reader and phone. Don't use a multi-card reader because that won't work.
I bought the y cable, gender changer and sd card online. So I dont understand what you're saying. Which short one? The one both chords converge into? And to make the gold card I format to FAT32 quick format then do goldcard image and then put on ETERIMG.nbh correct?
Switch the wall charger with the sd card reader. Take as look at your own picture. The short lead or wire has gender changer and a pendrive. Format the sd card with FAT32, then do the gold card and last put the ETERIMG.nhb on the sd card.
okay so the Titan came fully updated with SPL 1.1 radio 16.23.01.26_A is that why it's not working?

It seems you have the Cingular rom. Is your phone AT&T branded, is it unlocked?
it is AT&T branded I dont think it's unlocked. I haven't done anything to it since I recieved it in the mail.
If it is locked then it is a bit complicated. Are you using a SIM-card from AT&T? or any other provider? If you're on AT&T try to get a unlock code, or search how to unlock. Then download the EURO-rom, install with gold card and then follow the instructions at this link

After that you can flash the custom rom of your choice. Good luck.
It probably already was factory unlocked. Did you get the phone from AT&T on a contract? Or did you buy it from someone? Only you can answer those questions.
That's why it's locked to AT&T. Try to get the unlock code from them or search the web how to do so. That's the only way to get things working.
No i mean my previous phone. I've had the TITAN replaced twice. I bought the first from AT&T off of the contract. Had it replaced. Did goldcard right out of the box. then had to get that one replaced. So now I have this and it's not reading the gold card. I've never had an unlocked htc TITAN.
Well, I don't know if your phone is locked or not. Then just follow the instructions at the link I posted before.
