One things for sure. No point asking Samsung. I asked them when Note 3 would get kit kat. They said it was planned but they didn't have a date yet. Got an ota for kit kat the next day!

Colombia appears to be the soak test.
I would wait for a proper update before flashing as there are already several issues with the existing update.
