[Q] Where are downloads?

I'm new to Android just got it last week and trying to upgrade and fix some features. I liked the "★ ☆ ★ SRE v1.3.1c ★ ☆ ★ | Root + 1.2GHz OC/UV + MobileAP + USB Tether + LagFix" Thread but, when I went to download the files the pages where that downloads are has a 404 error. Does anyone have the files I'm looking for or can someone point me in the direction of the news thread and files that go with it. Tried a few different things to get tethering to work but all failed. The thread above looked to be the most promising.
