[Q] Which file system file is Settings>Mobile Networks looking for? [Android 4.1.2]

Hi, can anybody tell me which file(s) Android is looking for / loading when Settings>Mobile Networks is selected?

I've been trying to de-bloat a Docomo ROM and must have deleted something that prevents Mobile Networks settings to be loaded (and subsequently my SIM card is not seen/no phone signal).

It's JellyBean [4.1.2] Docomo ROM (for phone SX SO-05D), in case that makes difference.
