Which official Os gives best performance?

I am confused that which is suit atrix 2 best.
Gingerbread gives lot of free ram and all games are working nicely without any lag. Lot of free ram allow to use many apps at time. But some software need ics to run.

Ise cream sandwich gives better graphics, fast use interface, capability of playing more hd video smoothly. But it consumer lot of ram, Some games lag some time, use of heavy home screen consume lot of ram and very few ram remain free for gaming. Also ics takes more ram to run each application compared to ics.

Jelly bean leak, it is still in developing. May official get in Asian country. And using latest Os is always a good feeling. Don't know about ram usage gaming and multitasking speed. Don't know about is the hardware of atrix 2 is really capable of using jb.

I haven't tried gingerbread but tried jb and ics. Jb is faster than ics but a little bit laggy anyway. If to compare with Atrix 4g with GB, atrix 4g is much more faster. I guess that GB for a2 is fastest OS also.

It's not called OS. They are just different versions of android and Android is the OS. ;)
My experience, GB was awesome, least laggy among all, but when 4.2 is out with so many new goodies, u feel like a noob if u r still with GB (atleast me! :p)
ICS was the most laggy among all. So made a switch to JB.
JB is great. Best from google so far I believe!

Yeah I agree with lifehacker.
JB is like butter.
ICS has a nice UI (JB better)
GB has more free ram
Which apps that are ICS specific are you looking at?

There are few programs like Chrome, VPN etc. which requires ICS.
Also, anybody knows how to configure Cisco VPN with Group Authentication? I am struggling for it.

Oh
If you get ICS you can get an unofficial cm 10 (or a cm 10 based rom) which is an upgrade i would recommend.
Of course you cant use the camera and apns sometimes get deleted and you cant add them back.
Oh and be aware that right now we cant go back to GB...
Unless you want a paperweight

I suggest switching to JB leak. It's being tested on ATT phones by Jim. It should be here soon. And it's completely stable with some minor bugs. Camera and everything else works.
As for the APNs you could manually write it down and add back ;)

Yeah but on my phone they were there but i couldnt choose att as network
It would lose signal in the middle of connecting.
That was the only reason i disliked it
