[Q] White led during charge Vs Green led at full charge

It is possible to make a "mod" that can turn led at 100% charging?

I don't understand why all rooms have this option to turn white led (or other collors) during charge? and no one have green (or other collors to) led after full charge, like old phones?
Personally I don't see any use in this option to stay on white led 3 hours during charge and always verify manualy phone at the end of ~ 3 H to see if battery is charged.

I am on CM7.2.0-20121107.1043-SKANKY-Defyplus and i don't have green led on full charge and before i was on Ms2Ginger 4.0 and CM9 and CM10 befor 2ndboot

Is any solution to have green led on kang/cherry by Fuzz_?
