[Q] Why is it so cheap?

Hello guys

I´ve been looking over at isuppli.com at their product teardowns, and I was thinkg how in the h*ll can the advent vega be sold so cheap?

In the Netherlands the tablet is sold for as low as 260€(350$).. That where the other tablets cost that much to produce(318$ for HP Touchpad) and sold for much more.

Does anyone knows the specific hardware which is so cheap in the advent vega? I guess screen/touchscreen? (i get the memory, which costs alot)

I really want to know the costs of a similar screen and touchscreen, and the tegra 2 chip

ahh yes, forgot that one, was looking on the pov mobii

i mean, how can these bastards being produced for this price? (RRP is average with 54% margin, going towards 35% on consumer electronics, and 22% on hardware)
