[Q] Why is the Xperia S Cosmic Flow LWP only..

Why is the Xperia S Cosmic Flow live wallpaper only smooth on samsung roms? I've tried it with AOKP and CM9 but the wallpaper is always extremely laggy. Is it a driver issuee? And does anyone know if it'll be fixed?

It's because Samsung roms have the correct gpu drivers for full rendering. Aosp roms have different drivers that might not work as well with some applications.
