[Q] wifi connection

I am new owner of Ascend P7 , this is amazing phone , but I have a big problem to connect it to any wifi spot.
the wifi is detected , I enter the password and nothing happen .
I read a lot about this problem , and I alreday rebbot my P7 , and also did a complete reset to factory preset.
please help .
