I've had the International HTC one Max for about 4 days so far.I've noticed extreamly bad Wi-Fi reception. In places where my old Razr had 2-3 signal bars, I can't even connect to my wifi. While standing right next to the router I have about 3 bars, and I have more when I turn the phone around the other way. I've turned of WiFi optimization, factory reset my router and phone, even got a new router. I need some help with getting the WiFi to work. Any tips will be helpful. I'm running stock, unrooted sense 6 with android 4.4.2. Any easy way to fix this?

The fact that you reset the router, bought a new router, and reset the phone, leads me to believe its a hardware issue with the wireless card in the phone. To test this, can you connect to other wireless routers say at a coffee shop or friends house?
