[Q] wifi showing obtaining ip address...

While connecting to wifi for public wifi network DHCP fail to connect and it keeps on looping to obtaining ip address...
By using static ip it should connected but not able to serf Internet.
Many wifi fix fom play stores are not working. Plz help?

Is it common issue for all atrix 2 of my handset is faulty?

A lot of public hotspots require you to open a browser to complete authentication.
