[Q] Will not update out of the box

Sorry to double post this, but the issue got buried in the other thread.

I can't get any updates (not even the first one) despite being on wifi since first boot. I've gone into settings->about device->update and it tells me everything is up to date.

Build number: P600UEUAMIE
