[Q] Will the latest 2.13 Official ROM brick my UK HD2?

I'm looking for the latest stock ROM for my UK HD2. I was going to flash the 2.13 from the stickies but wanted to check first to see if it would brick it.

it'll work fine, no problem, though since its a t mobile rom it will be branded as such, and include t mo specific apps, and the connectionsetup won't have your providers network settings, so you will need to either setup manually or (far easier) hunt around for the connectionsetup.cab from the regular leo, install and run that.
in my opinion, and since you will need to hspl anyway, i'd go for a 2.13 based cooked rom. all the benefits of 2.13 without the (lots of) tmous bloatware, none of the connectionsetup worries, and none of thestock rom bugs.
