[Q] Won't go into recovery mode...

I have a Samsung Captivate i am wanting to root. I can't seem to get into recovery mode.I have tried 3 different ways. I had a diff captivate before and i could push in both volume buttons and the power button and it would reboot recovery. This one will not. Any suggestions?

Download quickboot from the market then open it and select recovery
