[Q] Wrong modem for this ROM?

I am using CM10 in my i9100 and have XXLPQ as baseband/modem. Whenever I open GetRIL (after upgrading to a new nightly), it always shows a popup/infomessage that says Android 4.0.4, when actually that is not my Android version...

Should I upgrade to a different modem/baseband? If yes, which one is recommended? [The XXLSJ?] How could I proceed, taking into account that my phone has the chip affected by the eMMC superbrick bug?

If you're not having any connectivity issues, no need to mess with modem or RIL. In other words if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Changing modems/RIL when you're not having connectivity issues might end up giving you exactly that.
