[Q] [WTA] Getting Tablet connected to the net, ALL TIME

Hi fellow developers and Tablet S buddies
I am now figuring ways to make my Tablet S stay connected to the net whole time but the problem now is it does not have 3G.
And meanwhile, I am not planning to change any of my device into hotspot as it is super battery consuming.
Anyone here knows how to solve this issue?
