Which one of the two mentionned in the title do you think is better and why?

btw, i'm on Doomskernel full oc (1.23GHz) and currently running achotjans s.r.r. without problems but would like to know if X10S 8.3 is better.

I run X10S 8.3 it is very smooth no lags.
Achotjans Rom is a complete Sony XPERIA S stock Rom. While Champs is a stock S & Sola Rom with some app's from arc and others. I think of champs as a performance mod of Achotjan's stock. That is a very basic way of comparing them.
You can always do a backup in xrecovery then install 8.2 & upgrade to 8.3. Then backup 8.3 and you can switch between them. Just remember to do a 'format system' from xrecovery before a restoration or boot loops will happen

from XDA app on my X10S v8.3 on DooMKernel6 @ 1152Mhz

i like the X10S mod

i`ve used X10 S v8.2 and some around these days i will load the new v8.3 . I like it a lot , you have to try to see if it`s fit for you . Question : what standby time you have with achotjan ?

My phone usually only gets short breaks until I go to bed & charge.
