[Q] Xperia U Call Sound Issue

All of a sudden I'm having call sound problems.
The other party and me hear each other on a higher pitch and can hear ambient noises very very loud.

I have used stock version .54 (with ambient sound reduction enabled) and I'm now using MIUI (based on Firedroid 1.3) and still have the issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or do I have to go to the store to replace it?

Try using a different sim first, to see if its device fault or network issue. Next try factory reset. Then try flashing stock ftf.
If it still persists then give it for service.

I've already did factory reset and flashed stock rom.
I think it's device fault and not service, since almost everyone here uses the same service as me.

I will try another stock rom before going to the shop..
