[Q] Xperia Z screen problem

some days ago my xperia z screen started to work like you can see on the picture.
Does anybody knows how to fix it?

You can't call this SCREEEEN issue
Probably the system app * SystemUI.apk * is missing or deleted . if your device rooted and have recovery installed flash this
If it's just rooted then extract SystemUI.apk and move it to your device to System/priv-app and set the permissions to RW R R
