[Q] XT1052 firmware flashing

Hi guys! I have a XT1052 variant and in system info it shows that's the french variant (212.44.26.ghost_row.Retail.en.FR).
I was wondering if I could flash the firmware for the EU variant (I know it's stupid but I really hate receiving an OTA and not being able to read it just because I suck at french :| )

Some people said its fine to flash the EU retail 4.4.4 but haven't tried it yet on my Asian retail
