[Q] XT926 External sd card error

Hello all,thanks for mod for the place here. i have one problem with my droid razr hd. my device cant read the external sd card after get ota update to jelly bean. Does this is software or hardwere problem. And how to fix the problem. Many times i change the external sd card, even with new sd card my device still cant read external sd card.. thanks
