The Xolo Q800 is yet another canidate in the mass release of low-cost quad-core smartphones, the hardware offered is very similar to that found in its counterparts, so choice will most likely be down to cost. Xolo released its Q800 smartphone in Febuary of 2013, offering a 4.5” IPS LCD display with a pixel resolution of 540 x 960, which gives the Q800 a PPI of ~245. Under the hood we have a MediaTek MT6589M chipset, which features a Quad-core 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A7 CPU coupled with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. Storgage as most devices in this price bracket is a low 4 GB, though can be expanded on by way of a microSD card upto a capacity of 32 GB. Cameras include a 8 MP rear facing and a 1 MP front facing.
