No luck, bro. Same error as sent in the first SShot. Showed me TWRP screen and rebooted and got out. What next?

Now that I have TWRP, can I take a full backup? Hope TWRP will work propertly.

Should I risk installing SUPERSU or just leave it? Hope I won't brick my phone.

Any suggestions?
Step 1 take nandroid back up or twrp back up.
Step 2. Move the backup to some other storage location
Step 3. Flash super su.

Don't worry mine has had this error many times and bricked also but qfil will flash stock ROM again as per video 1. I did it many times till now.

How to turn off device?? I'm stuck on 'Lenovo' screen. Is there any way?
Press and hold volume up, down and Power button simultaneously on any non removable battery Android phone. This will hard shut down the phone. Then restart as normal.

Same is true when phone is locked in download mode while flashing ROM using qfil.

@Smarty_009 this happened when I installed supersu via twrp.
I also tried to install P1a42_S288_160721_ROW_RAW_QFIL using QFIL but stuck on 'initializing' with lenovo Logo.

Looks like there is no way to boot normal. Should I visit service center?

I didn't understand what happened when you say this happened.
But in any case you don't need to go to service center. Be rest assured. I have had download failures many times. At times almost 15 times download failed but it was always due to the computer issues. After repeated attempts it always worked. Follow the stock rom recovery procedure without mistakes and be sure it will be successful.

I found one thing even if no rom and recovery is present then our mobile shows up a screen where just three options are displayed saying no system is present or something but from that state also I have recovered my phone.

Do you mean that after flashing super su you were stuck on flash screen. Then that's normal. Re root..... If still doesn't work just go to twrp then wipe only data, cache and dalvik cache. This will factory reset your rom. You don't need to re flash Complete rom.

And remember to follow step recommended in my previous post. First take twrp backup then root. So that you can recover later anytime.

If nothing works just flash recovery (twrp) using adb. Method posted on youtube link previously. It takes only few seconds. Then restore twrp backup and you are saved. It advisable that you make complete system backup on twrp.

I followed every step said in video but i didn't get twrp. So I flashed twrp via adb and cleaned Cache, Data and Dalvik but still stuck on 'Initializing' Screen with Lenovo Boot Logo. It lasted until battery died.

And ADB is not detecting my phone now.
Charger is working fine but Led is not blinking.
I also tried to Force shut down by pressing Volume+ Volume- and power button simultaneously but it restarts again.
Also tried other key combinations but nothing worked. It only restarted once in Stock recovery when i was trying key combinations.

Looks like I've got permanent twrp recovery.
I've to use 'Volume UP+Volume Down+Power Key' to restart and when it restarts just leave Power key but keep holding 'Volume UP+Down' Button until it shows twrp.

I just want to ask 'how to flash stock recovery via twrp' and where to find Stock Recovery. Bcoz service center guys will not accept it in this condition under warranty.
Or is there any thing I should try? Reflashing via QFIL didn't help as my phone stucks on 'initialising Screen.
Thanks a lot for help @Smarty_009

Update:
Wiped everything via twrp.
and then I flashed 'P1a42_S288_160721_ROW_RAW_QFIL' with xml file 'rawprogram0', it showed some errors before completion but phone restarted and working fine.
I've attached log file. Please check and let me know if it can cause any problem or I need to do something else.

Thanks again. @Smarty_009

HI,

Same happened with me.
Just now i tried different version of SU.
flash the attached su file and clean cache.
it worked for me.
Thanks @amitritu_1509 for providing correct Supersu. It works fine. Just rooted and granted permissions.

Thanks @Smarty_009 for mentioning post #82 and giving all steps. It was too easy.
Actually I was following steps as given in Video but there is a mistake in it and it should be corrected otherwise it will not work.
After flashing xml file and downloading process via QFIL we need to press and hold Volume UP+Down keys simultaneously till it boot into TWRP and then install 'UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323' as said above.

Hey Smarty_009, tried flashing through QFIL (after taking TWRP backup) for 3rd time and it went through without any issues. Did not reboot intially since USB port was still connected, I guess. Then I went back into recovery and rebooted again after removing the USB cable and it rebootted fine. Checked root status through Root Checker and it said Rooted.

Thanks a ton for all your help, buddy.!

It would wait for some time then restart automatically. Anyways now it's working so great.
