[Q's] TB master clear and saving stuff

Ok seems that I have accumulated some issues with my phone right now with apps not being able to launch and sl4a fc when I try to run it.

What stuff should I save off and best way to do that as I am going to flash back to jf6 but do a master clear first. Then I am going to put jh7 back on then SRE 1.3e.

I am going to reinstall everything fresh not tb backups or anything so there is no possibility of messing any settings up.

I am then going to do a nandroid of this so that I can recover if I screw the pooch again with stuff.

Now my TB question. What is the best way to backup with that. Apps or Apps+system data. I just want to make sure that when I do an SRE update and use TB to restore I don't mess anything up with SRE

Also if anyone has any other tips along these lines feel free to inform me of them

Kidding aside(no srsly ) just back up the regular apps not the system apps as restoring system apps from and to different roms can cause major fc problems.

Screw you. LOL. Seriously. I am not writing this post for a grade. I am just wanting information on backing up my captivate.
