What device and firmware do you have? How did your device get into this state?

When you try to turn on your device, do you get a blinking LED light?

Try holding down the power button for 20-30 seconds or longer until your device goes into hard shutdown. Then attempt to power on your device.

If your device got into this state as a result of an OTA update, you may have hard bricked your device, in which case you'll likely have to consult this thread:https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/moto-g4-plus-hardbrick-solved-guide-t3657761

Ah, was this via OTA? If so, can you recall if your device was fully updated to the June 2017 patch level (including bootloader to version B1:06) before you updated? Sounds like you may have hard bricked :(

Have you tried using the blankflash as I linked in the post above, see if you can get your device booting again? If it boots to the bootloader again, then you may wish to use the September 2017 stock ROM to update:https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138

It Work Thanx For Help I Think I Should Make A Video On This And Upload It On YouTube.
There's already a video tutorial out as described in the hard bricking tutorial.

Anyway, good to hear you got your device working. In future, to reduce the chance of hard bricking:

a) Ensure your device is fully updated to the same patch level before taking OTA updates.
b)This means do not downgrade your device to earlier stock ROMs.
c)If you need to revert back to stock, use the same stock ROM as the firmware you previously flashed on your device.
d)If you can't remember what firmware you had, you can check:
Bootloader version: B1:06 / Baseband ending in .62.01R - either June 2017 or September 2017 patch builds (NPJS25.93-14-8/NPJS25.93-14-10 or NPJ25.93-14.5 for US/Amazon devices).
Bootloader version: B1:05/Baseband ending in .62R - March 2017 build, NPJS25.93-14-4.
Bootloader version: B1:03/Baseband ending in .62R - December 2016 build, NPJ25.93-14.
e)If you did hard brick, flash the latest stock ROM fully, as directed in the guide, to repair your device before you attempt to take OTA updates again.
