Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 Question

Is the Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 in the Moto G overclocked? I'm reading that it's speed is 1.2Ghz baseline, and noticed that it is used in other phones such as the Alcatel Onetouch Idol 3 4.7", but only clocked at 1.2Ghz. Opinions?

No, it is not overclocked... It is just a different version of Snapdragon 410 that has a 1.4 Ghz maximum frequency.

Hi.
I have a XT1543 (Moto G / 2015 3rd Gen) with CM13 and kernel ExplosionReborn. This kernel allows overclock until 1.8GHz.
