Sorry for the delay.

Maybe QRCT needs some more libs. We will look next week. At the moment we are busy.

Installation was tested on FRESH Windows 10 Virtual machine.
  • create WIN10 Virtual Machine (disable network)
  • create Snapshot from FRESH installation
  • install Qulacomm Tools (full installation)
    • QUTS/QXDM5/PCAT/QCAT/QDART (QRCT)/QSPR
Thanks, this is great. I got the tool installed without issues. I got a .qdss and .qmdl2 files from Samsung silent logging (*#9900# sysdumpmenu -> silent log). I tried QCAT-tool to open these. The qmdl2-file works without issues, but doesn't seem to contain much of the 5G networking which would be cool to see. Based on size the .qdss file would to correct one to check but for some reason QCAT crashes every time I try to open it. I tried logging again, but results is the same. I also tested the earlier installation version but this also crashes. I found some QCAT windows logging, but there are no errors printed. Latest prints are for QSR4 file search, but no real errors. For .qmdl2 this works fine.

Has anyone else tried these .qdss files with QCAT? I have this installed in a virtual machine without network connection. Is there some extra security related to these which is disabled in the patching process?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @pavekasikasi!

Maybe this is a QCAT bug.
We only patch the public key of the binary files so that the license is recognized as valid, nothing else.
This is the only one, because calqomm signs the license files with their private key.

You dont need Nemo phone. You can use every phone with qualcomm diag enabled. Nemo phones have some features like scripts for up and downloading files...

Installed from the Google drive link and went through the installation process and everything seemed to run okay, but whenever it prompted to type some letters in the user and pass field and double click and then select the "patch" button...there was nothing there, but it went through the installation process anyways. Sadly the Package Manager still asks for a license :(

EDIT: After completely uninstalling everything Qualcomm related, I disabled internet and instead attempting to sign into the Package Manager while installing when it pops up, I just closed it and waited for the installer to finish, then everything went as instructed. Now I just need to figure out how to use QXDM to enable bands lol. There's no guides that I can find to enable bands with this new version 5.

EDIT 2: Somehow, even though I disabled internet connectivity for the package manager, it updated itself and removed the patch...here we go again.

Thanks. Did not find any fix to QCAT crashing, but QXDM seems to open this QDSS file without issues, so problem is more or less solved.

Update: I managed to get this working and license also working! Just need to ensure your firewall blocks communication to the QPM located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm\QPM\1.0.114.3

Then I went into classic control panel, uninstall the full installer, reinstalled the full installer, rebooted, went into the cog of QPM and selected' Patch and voila it's licensed!

Now I need to work out how to get a Google Pixel 5 out of EDL mode, any ideas?!?!

At the moment, U100 team are in holidays. In about 3 weeks, we will look for new versions.

We would like to point out once again that qualcomm tools should be used in a virtual machine WITHOUT Internet access.

Any update from qualccom will destroy your licenses!
After some time, its possible, that QPM shows the licenses in RED and the tools stops working. Then go to QPM and patch licenses again. Qulacomm catalog has an expiration date, patching will update the date...

    Regards, Schepke

Next week we will release latest versions from qualcomm tools..(QXDM5.5.1.370), QDART will also be included.

    Latest Qualcomm Tools now available.

From time to time run patch again to update catalog file.

Hey boys, now its time to share our installer.
After QPM installation read the the popup message and follow the instructions! QPM will create valid license and catalog for you (gear - right corner ..).

    Dont klick refresh, before patch!!!

Use the Full installation option, it will install QPM/QUTS/QUTSStatus/QXDM/PCAT/QCAT for you.
The best solution would be a fresh windows 10 installation (vmaybe virtualbox) without internet! Set a snapshot, if something goes wrong, you can reset.

You can check QPM, it will show all licenses as valid (klick refresh after full installation).

If everything works, say a prayer to the U100 team. We have invested a lot of time, but now we are able to create any license.

If possible, we will provide our installer with the latest qulacommupdate in the future.
