Question about alarms

Are there any alarms available around the web or in the market that will speak the time while the alarm is going off?

Alarm Clock Plus will speak the time and weather.

You'll have to purchase it though. I think I paid like $1.99, maybe $2.99...?

AlarmDroid is a great app. It had a lot of nice features including speaking the time. Bonus is it's free.
