Question about files browsing and Ext4

I converted my file system to Ext4 and I have two questions
First one: I don't seem to be seeing all files or folders on my SD card when browsing my Tab from my PC. is this normal ? Lots of data (incl my Titanium backups) I don't seem to be able to see on my PC, and the created folders on my external SD created by my PC don't seem to be available when I look for them directly on the Tab (Via MYfile explorer)

Another question: I tried to copy from my PC to my Tab a 7 Gb file (mkv) But then my Windows 7 tells me the file is too big for the target file system (Surprising for an Ext4 file system).
Anything I did wrong there ?

This is because the FileSystem from SD CARD is FAT32...
You can only copy files in size MAX. 4GB on FAT32

NTFS would be different... But is not supportet...
EXT4 has nothing to do with this...

I thought that conversion to EXT4 included the internal SDCard.
Therefore what is the interest of converting Tab to EXT4 ( apart being able to install some custom Roms ) ?
Is an external SD Card converted manually to EXT4 would be readable by the system tab ?

Ok so the SD vard is not converted to EXT4?
In which case I understand the limitation
What about the fact I dont see my Tab files under windows through USB connnection? (File on SD card at least)
