Right now i have xxlef as my firmware when i hot the phone can i use other firmware ver of ics firmware or will it cause my phone to be bricked?

Different firmware will not brick your phone..you can use any firmware from any region but the only backside is you will have different CSC hence you might not get CSC specific applications..
