Question about flasing Docomo Z3/SO-01G

I have a question about the roms
1.Is it worth to flash a Docomo Japan rom for NFC rather than the global rom with permanently disabled NFC
2.What is the different about the original Docomo japan ROM and the Docomo Global except the cant use NFC problem
3.if i flash the japan rom will it overwrite the simlock features??
4.Can japan ROM be rooted?
5.can i use the phone normally with japanesse rom?

and can you prove link for both D6603 and the japs docomo rom
