question about Macro shot photos in Xoom

Hello ! I hope you're doing well . anyone has any experience about taking Macro picture with Xoom

when I try to capture some pictures with Macro mode . it doesn't give the quality of Macro photos that we know

usually it gives me uncleared photos and very bad

and if there are special mode or setting for Macro please tell me

I've only messed with the camera quickly, but from memory the macro mode only works on ultra-close distances.. like <20cm.
