1) What is the default CPU governor and I/o scheduler that comes out of the box?
2) How much was shipping costs for anyone who bought in Canada? I feel like I want one but just want to make sure if its near 600. Also state where you bought it from.

OxygenOS doesn't come with performance profiles (I don't have my OP3 yet, so can' t confirm but thats what google says), but you can enable battery care in settings

Can only answer 2). It was free priority shipping with UPS to Saskatchewan. Final price was CAN $570.90 including tax. Scheduled for delivery on Monday. Import duties are prepaid also. Ordered from oneplus site on launch day.
