Might be worth a try, since you have s-off already. The change is reversible and no downside I can see to trying; as long as you are careful and know what you are doing.

That being said, what LTE band(s) does your local carrier use?

Also note that we have seen a lot of folks on this forum, that do not get LTE service on their local carrier, despite installing the radio with the corresponding LTE band support. LTE compatibility seems to be tricky, in any case where the device is not specifically/originally intended for your region/carrier.

This worked for me. Check the last post (by me) for a link to the only ROM I could find that worked.

Are you sure you are taking about the same thing as the OP? Your link above is about SIM unlock, which is not the same as what the OP is asking (adding the proper LTE band support). OP probably already has SIM unlock, since they only mention LTE not working (implying GSM, 3G works properly - meaning SIM unlock is not the issue). Further, flashing a ROM (as you mention) will not enable an unsupported LTE band.

All fair points. Guess I didn't really think about it. The only thing I will say, is that no other method of SIM unlocking worked for me, if that is somehow the issue here.
It's not the ROM itself that enables support. The other zip in the post I linked to enables the SIM-unlocking. It's not compatible with anything but the stock or Sense ROMs.

Thanks for the answer. My local carrier uses B3 (1800 +).Could you possibly provide me with European radio.img? I just checked the old post of radio collection and there are no updated radios...

My recommendation would be to flash the entire firmware.zip, not just the radio partition.

You can find signed firmware here (along with instruction on how to flash, near the bottom of the post): https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60218734&postcount=5

Note, that since you are s-off, there is no need to lock the bootloader if it is unlocked.

I would also suggest you do fastboot getvar all, and post the results (delete IMEI and serial number before posting); so we can verify all the details about your device, just to make sure you are flashing the correct firmware.

I'm running LineageOS 16.0.
If you flash the stock/signed firmware I linked in Post #6 above, you will need to flash TWRP and Lineage again. If you flash the "NoWipe" modified firmware I linked in in Post #8, your Lineage ROM should remain intact. It will also flash TWRP (instead of stock recovery) but it may be an older version TWRP than you are using now (so you may want to update back to current TWRP).

Either way, I'd advise to backup your data to SD card, or off-phone (cloud, computer) just in case, before doing any significant install like this (firmware, ROM, etc.).

Unfortunately 4G doesn't work after all those procedures.anything other to try?

Flashed the firmware you provided me with.Doesn't boot.
Looks like I was typing my last response, as you posted this one quoted above; so I didn't see it.

I assume you sorted that part (no boot) out. Solution is typically to flash the ROM again (need to re-flash TWRP if you used stock/signed firmware).

Probably not. 4G wasn't very likely, as I mentioned previously. Reference Post #3 above (3rd paragraph). BUt just "worth a try" since you already had s-off.
