Question about replacing camera cover

Hi everyone, my Z3c has a scratched camera cover, I can no longer take pictures as everything looks blurry. I've read that I can buy a replacement for the cover, but my question is if to do this, I also need to change the backcover.

Yes, You need to change whole back door cause camera glass lens in glued to back door and if You gonna try to peel it off most likely back door will breaks. Anyway back door replacement costs 5$ and original one around 20$.
