Question about stock rom

Hello i have a Y6 SCL-L01 standing here and i would like to try some custom roms on it but i can't find any guides explaining how to to flash the stock rom back. So my question is: how can i flash the stock rom if i need to?

And also how can i install TWRP on this phone? Using flashify?

I already have it but it's a .app file or something like that wich is only flashable with the stock recovery
