Can a radio img be flashed with ClockworkMod on the Incredible?

Thank you, I knew the diff in the leaked radio ota couldn't, but I wasn't sure if it would be possible with a radio img.

You might want to read my thread which details the past day trying to update the radio on a phone which i thought was unrooted.
