Hello.
Most custom ROMs today include a set of proprieatary blobs which are drivers for certain device hardware or proprieatary implementation of some device-specific feature developed by OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer). So the question arises: is it legal to develop a custom ROM with use of proprieatary blobs? Is it legal to publish a custom ROM build which includes a proprietary blobs?
