[Question] Miui v5 for i9295

Hey guys;
There miui v5 for i9505 (it have the same technical specifications i9295) Why is miui v5 still has not port ??

Our phone has diffrent hardware screen and it needs diffrent drivers i think that's why is so few ROMs for our phone our phone is not popular enough and american version is having locked bootloader
