Hello i have three questions

1.Everytime when i make call i get speaker on, without my permission, is there any fix for that? Or only factory reset

2.If i do factory reset, what you would suggest to me for backup(best) , I need mostly contacts to get saved.

3.I have duplicate contacts, how to remove them(not manually one by one)

1. Make a clean installation of the firmware to your device.
2. Contacts are saved in your google account.
